About Brady Shrader

Brady Shrader is a policy researcher and analyst with advanced academic training in political science and extensive experience in applied policy, governance, and research environments. He holds two Master’s degrees in Political Science, with a focus on policy analysis, political behavior, and methodological approaches to understanding complex social and regulatory systems.
 

His professional background spans academic and research roles. Brady has served as a research analyst with the Bridge Initiative at West Virginia University’s Department of Political Science, contributing to policy-relevant research and analytical projects.
 

In addition to his academic appointments, Brady has experience as an adjunct professor at institutions including Cumberland University, Mount Aloysius College, and Glenville State University, where he taught courses in political science and related fields.
 

Brady Shrader’s work focuses on policy analysis, risk assessment, and methodological approaches to understanding complex political and social systems. His research and applied work emphasize rigorous analysis, clarity, and the translation of evidence into practical, actionable insights for policy and decision-making contexts.
